We are a 501(c)(3) publicly funded charity. We formed the corporation and filed a full 1023 long-form application in 2021. Our first year of substantive operations was 2022.
Our determination letter designating us as a 501(c)(3) charity is dated 12/14/2021. We received it the first week of 2022. Our effective date of exemption is 4/19/2021.
We are a Delaware non-profit corporation operating in Tennessee. The Corporation was formed in Delaware in April of 2021. We are currently registered to solicit in Delaware, Tennessee, Alaska, Nevada, and New York.
Please note that three active for-profit entities, Building Shooters Technology LLC, Innovative Services Solutions LLC, and Tactical Advantage are considered related organizations. Please see our completed IRS 990 for 2021 through 2023. Our first full year of existence and of substantive operations and fundraising was 2022. Our fiscal year runs January to December.

State of New York – Department of Criminal Justice Police Academy Curriculum Development Project:
Helping to insert thinking, decision-making, and de-escalation as integral components of academy level police firearms training in New York State.

State of New York – Department of Criminal Justice Instructor Development Workshop:
Presenting on the application of brain science to adult learning, and providing an overview and the basis of design for the new academy-level firearms training program that is currently in development.
Cities of Syracuse and Ithaca, New York – Training and Equipment Provision:
With funding from Saving Lives USA, Syracuse and Ithaca New York Police Departments will be receiving training and equipment during an upcoming event this November to put their officers on the leading edge of decision making and de-escalation capability. More information to follow.
